Your property tools and reports, at your desk and in your pocket
Johnni for Agents works on your computer and in the Johnni app with one account: the same saved reports, the same monthly allowance.
No invitation needed.
Strata Review
Upload a BC strata’s documents and get a plain-language review with the source page for every finding. Uses your Johnni app allowance and your own agent branding.
Property Insights
Facts, permits and local context for an address before you tour.
What to Expect by Year Built
What a home of that age and type usually needs, as guidance, not an inspection.
Saved reports
Your own analyses stay private in My Reports. Inspection reports an inspector sends you appear under that inspector.
Inspectors, if you want them
Connect with one or several inspection companies to see the reports they send you, book them directly and use their preferred trades. They never see your own tools or other inspectors.
